In cases where a customer wishes to refer to, correct or delete his or her personal information, NTK shall accommodate such requests after verifying the identification of the individual.

NTK shall comply with the Japanese laws and regulations that are applicable to the personal information that NTK holds, and appropriately revise the contents of this policy for improvements.
