Established National Tsusho Corporation in Momoi, Suginami-ku, Tokyo, and opened an office in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Became qualified for an agreement with the Equipment Procurement Office of the Defense Agency to start the delivery of food supplies to the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF). |

Opened the Nagoya branch after acquiring Mizuho Sangyo Corporation, a company headquartered in Nagoya.
