Flow meter calibrations

We utilize the Flow Dynamics piston provers, highly reliable calibration systems adopted by the American National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the U.S. government’s national standards body, to provide calibration services for liquid flow meters including turbine flow meters.

By using fluids with various kinematic viscosities, and two calibrators, one for small capacity and the other for large capacity flow meters, we can calibrate flow meters over a wide flow range from 0.01 GPM to 320 GPM with various kinematic viscosities. Our calibration is traceable to NIST. We can also calibrate flow meters of other manufactures other than COX.

We are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and can issue calibration certificates with ILAC/MRA logo.

For gas or other special flow meters, calibration services are available by calibration service providers in other countries, including Badger Meter.
